Suggested Process for Selling the Family FunBook

Option #1

1. Family FunBooks are given to you on consignment.   

2. Your school will earn between $10.00 - $12.00 dollars PER book sold.  (ex. 1,700 students - approximately 60% books sold - 1020 books x $11.00 per book = $11,220 profit for your school)

3. Determine a $$$ Goal and how your organization will utilize the funds.  People are more willing to support your organization if they know how the funds will be used.

4. One book is sent home per student with an informational sheet explaining the purpose of this fundraiser.

5. Ask that $20.00 or unsold book be returned by a specific date (approximately 1 week from date it was sent home).

6. Return unsold books and payment for sold books to Family FunBook.

Option #2

1. Family FunBooks are given to you on consignment.  

2. Determine a $$$ Goal and how your organization will utilize the funds.  People are more willing to support your organization if they know how the funds will be used.  Your school will earn between $10.00 - $12.00 dollars PER book sold.

3. An order form and informational sheet is sent home explaining the purpose of the fundraiser and all the great offers in Family FunBook.

4. Ask that the order form be returned w/ a $20.00 payment for each book ordered.  Distribute books to families who placed orders.

5. To increase sales, have extra books available for sale during school events (ie Fall Festival, Open House, Bingo Night).

6. Return unsold books and payment for sold books to Family FunBook.
